Your registration for EWGT 2024 includes access to the welcome reception, daily coffee breaks and buffet lunches, and a gala dinner ticket, ensuring a complete conference experience.
- Currency & Exchange Rate: Please note that while the fees are listed in Euros for your convenience, the final payment will be processed in Swedish Krona (SEK). The amount charged will depend on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
- Tax Information: All fees are subject to Swedish tax regulations. The applicable tax will be added to the listed price.
- Refund Policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, please send your request to admin@ewgt2024.se by July 14th, 2024. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this date.
Please note that for each accepted paper, at least one author must register, pay the registration fee, and personally present the paper at the conference. The inclusion of the paper presentation in the conference program, and its subsequent publication in the conference proceedings, are contingent upon the registration, payment, and physical attendance of at least one of the authors.
