Established to facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge,&nbsp;EWGT&nbsp;conferences have consistently brought together experts from around the world to discuss the latest advancements in transportation and logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The 26th edition of&nbsp;EWGT&nbsp;meeting will be held in Lund from 4th to 6th of September.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The\u00a0EWGT\u00a02024\u00a0event will be organized by the Transport and Roads division at Lund University.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conference Topics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite submissions of original research papers, case studies, and innovative solutions on a wide range of topics related to transportation, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Transportation Planning and Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traffic Control and Intelligent Transportation Systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable Transportation and Green Logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobility as a Service (MaaS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freight Transportation and Logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public Transportation and Transit Systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Urban and Regional Transportation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Analytics and Transportation Modeling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomous and Connected Vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental and Social Impact Assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emerging Technologies in Transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The complete list of conference topics is available&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewgt2024.se\/topics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All submissions must be in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authors should use the template for submission (you can&nbsp;download it&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewgt2024.se\/submission-guideline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Please submit your extended abstract (maximum of 3 pages) through the EasyChair platform<\/strong>:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=ewgt2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Submit Here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All electronically submitted papers will be peer-reviewed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elsevier will publish accepted and registered full papers (up to 8 pages) in Transportation Research Procedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organizing Committee is also in active discussions with at least three leading journals to explore the possibility of publishing Special Issues featuring works presented during the conference (more details will be provided shortly).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Extended abstract submission: 1st March&nbsp;2024<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notification of acceptance: 15th April&nbsp;2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full paper submission: 1st June&nbsp;2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notification of manuscript acceptance: 1st July&nbsp;2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early bird&nbsp;registration: 15th July&nbsp;2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration for&nbsp;EWGT&nbsp;2024&nbsp;will open in January&nbsp;2024.
